Meyer Levin was born in Bragin, Belorussia (USSR) in 1911 to Borukh and Fruma. He was a carpenter. Prior to WWII he lived in Gomel, Belorussia (USSR). During the war he was in the Soviet armed forces.
Meyer was murdered in the Shoah (according to this source).
